- Always via trusted local hotel, venue, transport and AV partners. We coordinate; we don’t own these assets.

How We Structure Pricing
Pricing is customised for each group, but the framework is consistent:
- Private charter of the vessel(s) – fixed per-night charter fee
- Per-person costs – park fees, activities, special F&B, extras
- Seasonality – shoulder vs high season
- Group size and pax mix – single vs twin-share, crew loading
Indicative per-pax ranges below are based on last verified June 2026 and may change with fuel, park fees and regulations. Use them for scoping, not formal quotation.
Indicative Per-Pax Ranges (Incentive / Retreat Charters)
For 3D2N private charter in Komodo National Park, including:
- Full-board meals on board
- Non-alcoholic drinks (standard inclusions)
- Snorkelling equipment and standard water activities
- Basic informal presentation capability on board
- Return harbour transfers in Labuan Bajo
You can expect approximate:
- Low / shoulder season, ~12–14 pax on one boat: around IDR 9–13 million per pax for the 3D2N boat component.
- High season, ~12–14 pax on one boat: around IDR 11–16 million per pax.
- Very small groups (8–10 pax, high season): per-pax cost can rise above these bands due to charter minimums.
For 4D3N private charter, per-pax ranges typically move to:
- Low / shoulder season, ~12–14 pax: around IDR 13–19 million per pax.
- High season, ~12–14 pax: around IDR 16–24 million per pax.
These figures exclude:
- Komodo National Park entry and activity fees (subject to current regulations and possibly collected in cash on-site or via the organiser)

Land-Based MICE: What We Coordinate Via Partners
Large Meetings, Ballrooms & Conference AV
Labuan Bajo town now offers:
- Hotel meeting rooms and ballrooms for groups from tens to several hundred pax
- Professional AV and event production partners capable of staging plenary sessions, award nights and brand launches
- Offsite dinner venues and beach locations suitable for larger galas
We do not own or operate these facilities. For:
- 30–40+ pax up to 200–1,000+ pax conferences
- Gala dinners with full stage, LED, camera crew
- Complex simultaneous interpretation and multi-channel audio
…we work with trusted Labuan Bajo ground handling groups and AV partners. You still get one coordination point through us, but supplier contracts can follow your preferred model (direct hotel / supplier contracting, or consolidated through us).
Combining Land Conferences With Sea Incentives

Do you offer nett rates for agencies and DMCs?
Yes. We provide nett rates for qualified B2B partners including DMCs, travel agencies, EOs and TMCs. These are supplied by request for specific dates and group sizes and are not published online. You remain free to add your margin on top of our nett rates.
What exactly do you handle in-house vs through partners?
In-house we handle the phinisi charter (boats, crew, onboard F&B and activities), small-group ground handling in Labuan Bajo, and the day-to-day operation of the marine itinerary. For large conferences, ballrooms, big land galas, professional conference AV and hotel room blocks for 50–200+ pax, we coordinate with trusted local partners; those facilities and services are not owned or operated by us.
Can you work white-label under our brand?
Yes. We frequently operate white-label for agencies and DMCs. In that set-up, your brand is front-and-centre to the client, and our role is as your local Labuan Bajo DMC partner and marine operator. We can also co-brand or appear as a visible specialist if that better supports client confidence.
What group sizes are realistic onboard your phinisi?
Our sweet spot is around 8–14 guests per boat, up to approximately 16–18 depending on cabin mix and expectations.
